Wir sind die FokusHOTEL\/INTERGASTRA-Gruppe des dualen Studiengangs BWL \/ Tourismus an der Hochschule f\u00fcr Wirtschaft und Recht Berlin (HWR Berlin) und nehmen vom 7. bis 11. Februar 2026 an der Fachmesse INTERGASTRA in Stuttgart teil. Zu acht machen wir uns auf den Weg, um dort nicht nur Messeatmosph\u00e4re zu erleben, sondern aktiv Teil des Geschehens der FokusHOTEL zu sein.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Unser Intergastra-Team<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Unser Praxisprojekt begleitet uns \u00fcber das f\u00fcnfte und sechste Semester hinweg und steht unter
der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Prof. Dr. Sandra Rochnowski. Ziel ist es, aktuelle
Fragestellungen der Tourismus- und Hospitality-Branche nicht nur theoretisch zu betrachten,
sondern sie praxisnah, kritisch und aus Studierendenperspektive aufzugreifen.
Der inhaltliche Schwerpunkt unseres Projekts liegt im thematischen Messebereich

Die Intergastra wird von den Studierenden Linus K\u00fchle<\/a>, Anton Doll<\/a>, Lea Henseleit<\/a>, Leonie Kulla<\/a>, Paul Petzold<\/a>, Pichona Brendle<\/a>, Emilia Lepel<\/a> und Malte Staffel<\/a>, unter der wissenschaftlichen Leitung von Prof. Dr. Sandra Rochnowski<\/a> betreut.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Im Rahmen der Intergastra 2026 FokusHOTEL erwarten Sie zwei Impulsvortr\u00e4ge zu den Themen NextGEN Hospitality und Zero Waste von Studierenden, sowie eine Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema GenClash. Au\u00dferdem wird Prof. Dr. Sandra Rochnowski<\/a> die neuesten Erkenntnisse des Arbeitgeber-Attraktivit\u00e4ts-Ratings-Gastwelt 2026 pr\u00e4sentieren.
Der Vortrag liefert Erkenntnisse aus fast 40.000 R\u00fcckmeldungen von Mitarbeitenden zu den Themenfeldern: Ansehen und Innovationskraft, Gehalt und Aufstiegsm\u00f6glichkeiten, Jobeigenschaften und New Work, Corporate Benefits und der Unternehmenskultur\/HR-Arbeitswerte.
Dar\u00fcber hinaus stellt Prof. Dr. Sandra Rochnowski<\/a> aus rund 18.000 offenen R\u00fcckmeldungen, Erwartungen an eine wirksame und ideale F\u00fchrungskraft in der Gastwelt f\u00fcr Mitarbeitende vor.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
