Januar 2027 richtet die Cornell Hotel Society ihren siebten Berlin Lodging Outlook im Hotel Adlon Kempinski aus. Wir begleiten die Veranstaltung als Projektteam des Studiengangs Tourismusmanagement an der HWR Berlin, von der ersten Planung bis zum Abend im Adlon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Freitag, 22. Wir \u00fcbernehmen Teile der Organisation, die Kommunikation nach au\u00dfen, die Begleitung auf Social Media und die Betreuung der Teilnehmenden vor Ort. Unterst\u00fctzt werden wir dabei von Prof. Dr. Sandra Rochnowski, Leiterin des Fachbereichs BWL\/Tourismus an der HWR Berlin, und von Gabriele Maessen, welche im German Chapter der CHS aktiv ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr uns ist das mehr als eine \u00dcbung. Wir arbeiten an einer Veranstaltung mit, zu der Menschen kommen, die die Hotellerie in Deutschland t\u00e4glich f\u00fchren. Die Hotelfakult\u00e4t entstand 1922, die Society selbst wurde am 12. Mai 1928 gegr\u00fcndet. Heute geh\u00f6ren weltweit mehr als 50 aktive Chapter dazu. Wer dort studiert hat, bleibt Teil des Netzwerks, daher der Ausdruck \u201eHotelie for Life\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Deutschland organisiert sich das German Chapter zus\u00e4tzlich \u00fcber einen F\u00f6rderverein. Er richtet die Veranstaltungen aus und sammelt Geld f\u00fcr Stipendien. Auch am 22. Januar wird wieder versteigert, der Erl\u00f6s geht in den EMEA Scholarship Fund der CHS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was der Berlin Lodging Outlook ist<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den Berlin Lodging Outlook gibt es seit August 2020, die erste Ausgabe fand im Hotel Bristol statt. Inzwischen ist er ein fester Termin f\u00fcr Hoteliers, Investoren, Betreiber und Dienstleister, die wissen wollen, wo der deutsche Hotelmarkt steht und was als N\u00e4chstes kommt. Das Format bleibt bewusst kompakt. Ein Nachmittag, einige Vortr\u00e4ge, eine Podiumsdiskussion, danach Zeit zum Reden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die siebte Ausgabe dreht sich um zwei Fragen. Was macht K\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz mit dem Hotelbetrieb, und wie l\u00e4sst sich digitale und nachhaltige Transformation zusammendenken, statt beides gegeneinander auszuspielen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Programm am 22. Was entscheidet, ob Sie in ChatGPT, Google und Co. gefunden werden, und was zu tun ist, wenn ein Agent bucht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dr. Michael Toedt<\/strong>, dailypoint: The AI Revolution Has Started. Hospitality Hasn\u2019t.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Matthias Trenkwalder<\/strong>, RateBoard: Wer entscheidet im Hotel? Wie KI die kommerzielle Logik der Individualhotellerie ver\u00e4ndert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dazu kommt die Podiumsdiskussion \u201eAI First Hospitality: Von der Vision zur t\u00e4glichen Hotelpraxis\u201c, moderiert von Gabriele Maessen (Kohl &gt; Partner). Auf dem Podium sitzen Heiko Buchta (Prokurist und Direktor, Platzl Hotels), Eveline Moczko (Head of Product, Stayery), Frithjof Niessen (Chief Product Officer, Fairmas) und Lisa Felicitats Wehrmann (Managing Director Communication &amp; Operation, Strandhotel Ostseeblick).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durch den Nachmittag f\u00fchrt Andreas Martin von hotelforum.
