Pichona Brendle<\/a> und Anton Doll<\/a> bewegen sich t\u00e4glich zwischen Hochschule und Praxis. Genau dort erleben sie die Spannungsfelder, \u00fcber die wir sprechen: Erwartungen junger Menschen und die Realit\u00e4t im Betrieb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warum ist das Thema so entscheidend:<\/strong>
Die Herausforderungen im Gastgewerbe sind kein reines Nachwuchsproblem, sondern ein Passungsproblem zwischen Erwartungen und Strukturen. Studien und aktuelle Branchendaten zeigen deutlich: Junge Talente erwarten Planbarkeit, Entwicklung und wertsch\u00e4tzende F\u00fchrung, erleben aber h\u00e4ufig unregelm\u00e4\u00dfige Arbeitszeiten, hohen Druck und zu wenig Anleitung. Diese Soll\u2013Ist\u2013Diskrepanz ist einer der Hauptgr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr eine geringe Bindung und hohe Wechselbereitschaft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
