Ziel des Schwerbehindertenrechts ist es, Benachteiligungen auszugleichen und die gleichberechtigte Teilhabe am Arbeitsleben zu f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit einer anerkannten Schwerbehinderung k\u00f6nnen unter anderem besondere Schutzrechte und Unterst\u00fctzungsleistungen verbunden sein, beispielsweise zus\u00e4tzlicher Urlaub, besonderer K\u00fcndigungsschutz oder individuelle Hilfen am Arbeitsplatz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>H\u00e4ufige Fragen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wie beantrage ich eine Schwerbehinderung?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welche Unterlagen werden ben\u00f6tigt?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welche Rechte ergeben sich daraus?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muss ich meinen Arbeitgeber informieren?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Entscheidung, ob Sie Ihre Schwerbehinderung gegen\u00fcber der HWR Berlin offenlegen, treffen Sie grunds\u00e4tzlich selbst.
