The lead institution for BeCOIL is the HWR Berlin. The project manager is responsible for the strategic planning, conception and implementation of the COIL project as an interface for all Berlin partners. His tasks also include public relations and the comprehensive evaluation of the joint project.
COIL project coordinators work at all nine Berlin partner institutions. The positions are structured differently and are located in different areas within the universities. The main feature of all positions is the support of COIL interested parties in administration, coordination and organization in their project.
