Moodle
Moodle is the central learning management system of the HWR Berlin and offers numerous web-based e-learning functions. Lecturers and students of all five departments and the institutes can enter their courses in the form of digital course rooms and provide and use materials and activities there.
Artificial Intelligence
The HWR Berlin promotes a discourse on the topic of artificial intelligence and its influence on teaching and learning methods as well as on examination processes. The use of text-generative AI can be trialled in a pilot phase. Information services for students and lecturers are being continuously expanded.
Digital exams
Alongside e-learning and e-teaching, e-assessment is a pillar of electronic teaching content (Handke and Schäfer 2012). E-assessment means nothing more than electronic testing. The only difference is that the “E” is shorter, sounds more modern, and is more “digitalized”.
